The Strategic Marketing Consultation typically takes 90-120 minutes. We will get to know each other, cover your goals as a seller in greater detail, and cover our step-by-step strategy for getting you the highest possible price in the fewest days on market.
We will also cover more of the “nitty-gritty” details such as “dos and don’ts,” the nuances of our local market, and legal paperwork.
We start with our Listing Marketing Calendar, which walks you through the process from “today” to “sold” with minimized headaches and maximized sale price—in as little time as possible.
