What to Expect
On our initial phone call, we will briefly cover your goals as a buyer on a high level, and schedule your Strategic Home Search & Negotiation Consultation.
The Strategic Home Search & Negotiation Consultation typically takes around 60 minutes. I go on a fact-finding mission…where are you from, where are you going, what do you want to achieve?
We will get to know each other, cover your home search goals in greater detail, and make a plan for a Grand Tour of your target neighborhoods so you can narrow in further.
We will also cover more of the “nitty-gritty” details like financing, offer strategies, the nuances of our local market, and legal paperwork.
Our second meeting is a Grand Tour of your target neighborhoods to focus in the areas you like most, helping us narrow the search from there.
I know the Peninsula inside and out, both as a resident and homeowner, and on a technical level as a top 1% real estate agent.
We will drive past homes both above and below your price range so you can really narrow in on what exactly you want.
Honestly, while I do love to work with my clients again, most of my buyer clients end up buying a home for life—and we work together again on new purchases, or when they refer me to their friends, coworkers and family.
I will only sell a property that I would be willing to buy myself.
You’ll get familiar with our systematic search alerts model, and start voting “yea” and “nay” to actual homes on the market, to help me help you find “the one.”
